For a great, energetic start, you definitely have to try this easy and efficient breakfast. If you include it in your daily menu at least three times a week, you will feel and see a visible effect on your body and organism. Many people know what healthy foods are, but find it difficult to combine and use the products. One great suggestion is to include chia seeds in your morning yogurt and oatmeal breakfast. INGREDIENTS

  • 2 tablespoons of your favorite muesli/ I like the mix of berries and cherries/

  • 1 tbsp chia seeds

  • 1 tbsp flaxseeds

  • 3 tbsp low-fat yogurt/if you prefer you can use vegan or lactose-free alternative one/

  • 1/2 teaspoon of ground cinnamon

  • Add some honey if desired

METHOD

  1. Prepare the walnuts. You can use a food processor, chopper, crunching them in a bowl or simply for less than a cup, use a chef's knife. Grasp the handle and place your other hand over the tip, then carefully rock the blade across nuts until pieces are the desired size as shown below.

  1. Mix all the ingredients together and refrigerate overnight.

  2. You can transfer it to your work breakfast container or just enjoy it straight in the morning.
